If you've been asking for a sign to move forward you're getting it this week.

Now I know in the midst of grind culture we like to keep all of our best ideas and big goals to ourselves. But this week you may find value in sharing some of your goals with others. You might find that people are willing to help you reach those goals or at least support you as you you continue to do your work.

Lean into an abundance mindset: "I have so I can share" and don't shy away from leadership this week. You may find yourself in a position to advance if you speak up about the things you know!

The double 8s at the end of this reading in the diamond and heart suits allude to balancing community and assets and dealing (in some degree of responsibility) with both. You might find that things you've said you were prepared to do come up again and if you have done the work you'll reap the benefits, if not you could miss an opportunity to showcase your leadership.

Start breaking out of the planning stage of things and start doing. Show up as you in all your uniqueness!

Hint: Don't overanalyze which parts of you make you, you. Just be and it will become clear to you who you are, naturally. Sometimes your main character syndrome prevents you from seeing the value you provide to others, but in offering help and providing service we understand the parts of ourselves that connect us to what is and what was.
